Second week on cycle of this with LGD and I've already put on 10lbs and strength has increased massively I'm just doing heavy compound exercises as that's what I done last time and put on 3 stone in a few months so hoping it all comes back then back to competitions now we are back to normal then hopefully 2-3 yrs time pro card then IFBB here I come 265bls and dry as fuc and SHREDDED to the bone
