How a batch gets to you.

Raw material sourced

Each compound is bought as a single lot with its own supplier certificate, so one batch has one origin.

Encapsulated in the UK

Weighed, blended and filled at the stated dose. The batch number is assigned here and printed on every label.

Sample sent to the lab

A sealed sample from every batch goes to an independent UK laboratory.

Certificate published

HPLC identity and purity results come back as a PDF. It goes on this page under the batch number before the batch is released.

What the certificate shows.

Each certificate is issued by the testing laboratory, not by us. We publish it as received.

Identity
Confirms the compound is what the label says, by HPLC retention against a reference standard.
Purity
Percentage of the active compound by area. Dexterz Labs releases batches at 98% or above.
Dose per capsule
Measured content against the labelled milligrams, with the acceptable range.
Heavy metals
Lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury screened against pharmacopoeia limits.
Microbial
Total count, yeast, mould, E. coli and Salmonella.
Test date and lab
When the sample was analysed, the laboratory name and the analyst reference.

Who does the testing?

An independent UK laboratory. The lab is named on each certificate so you can verify the report with them directly.

Why do older bottles have no certificate online?

Published certificates start with the batches shipping from 10.10.26. Earlier batches were tested internally; email your batch number and we will send the record.

What if a batch fails?

It is not released. A failed batch is rejected and a new lot is sourced. No failed batch number will ever appear on a bottle.

Can I see the full report, not a summary?

Yes. Each PDF is the complete report as issued by the laboratory, including method, chromatogram and signature.
