Shipping policy

Dispatch. Orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day; later orders and weekend orders are dispatched the next working day. All parcels are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside.

United Kingdom. Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 to 3 working days) is free on orders of £60 or more and £3.49 on orders below £60. Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 to 2 working days) is £4.49. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.

France, Italy and Spain. Tracked delivery by La Poste, Poste Italiane or Correos from £4.99 (6 to 7 working days) or express tracked from £7.99 (4 to 6 working days). Free tracked delivery on orders of £100 or more.

All other countries. Tracked and signed delivery by your national postal service from £6.99, express tracked from £7.99, free on orders of £120 or more. Typical delivery 5 to 15 working days depending on the destination and customs.

Customs and import responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the products ordered may lawfully be imported into the destination country. Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are payable by the customer. Where a parcel is refused, held or destroyed by customs we cannot offer a refund of the product cost unless the parcel is returned to us unopened, in which case the product cost is refunded less the shipping paid.

Lost and damaged parcels. If tracking shows no movement for 5 working days (UK) or 15 working days (international) we will send a replacement or refund at the customer's choice. Damaged items are replaced on receipt of a photograph of the packaging and contents.

Address errors. Please check the delivery address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address are resent at the customer's cost of postage.

Age. We deliver only to customers aged 18 or over and may request proof of age before dispatch.
