Are these compounds banned in sport? Yes, all of them, at all times. The SARMs fall under section S1.2 of the WADA prohibited list, MK-677 under section S2 as a growth hormone secretagogue, and cardarine and SR-9009 under section S4.5 as metabolic modulators. Detection methods exist for each.

Why is MK-677 included when it is not a SARM? Because it acts on a different receptor and therefore has a different literature. MK-677 binds the ghrelin receptor and raises growth hormone and IGF-1, with the strongest human trial evidence of anything in this bundle. It also carries the clearest documented drawbacks, principally raised fasting glucose and reduced insulin sensitivity across the trial record. Its inclusion broadens the pharmacology rather than reinforcing it.
