Each compound in this bundle has its own literature, and the honest way to describe a multi compound bundle is to summarise each one separately.
Ligandrol (LGD-4033), 10mg per capsule, has one published human study. Basaria and colleagues reported in the Journals of Gerontology in 2013 that three weeks produced dose dependent increases in lean body mass in healthy young men, alongside dose dependent falls in total testosterone, SHBG and HDL cholesterol that recovered during follow up.
Testolone (RAD-140), 5mg per capsule, was described by Miller and colleagues in ACS Medicinal Chemistry Letters in 2011, with anabolic activity in castrated rat muscle and increased lean body mass in a primate study. No human efficacy trial has been published, and case reports describe liver injury in people who took products sold under the name.
No published trial has tested these compounds together. Every figure above comes from a study of a single compound in a specific population, and combination pharmacology cannot be inferred by adding those studies together. Where components suppress the endogenous hormonal axis, as LGD-4033 and RAD-140 do, no published data describe what happens when they are combined. This bundle exists because researchers buy these compounds together, not because a combination protocol has been validated.

How fast is delivery? Are these compounds banned in sport? Yes, all of them, at all times. The SARMs fall under section S1.2 of the WADA prohibited list, MK-677 under section S2 as a growth hormone secretagogue, and cardarine and SR-9009 under section S4.5 as metabolic modulators. Detection methods exist for each.
How do these two compounds differ from each other? LGD-4033 has a published human phase I study with measured lean mass and hormonal endpoints. RAD-140 has a stronger preclinical package, including primate work, but no published human efficacy trial. Both are non steroidal androgen receptor ligands and both suppress endogenous hormone production in the studies where that was measured. The practical difference is the depth of evidence rather than any claim about relative strength.
