About beta-ecdysterone
- Ecdysones are the moulting hormones of insects and are also produced by a number of plants.
- Non-hormonal in humans; commonly chosen by natural athletes for that reason.
- Closely related to Turkesterone, which is another phytoecdysone from a different plant source.
Directions
Take 2 capsules a day with food, or 30 to 40 minutes before training. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours. Many users run 8 to 12 weeks then take a break.
