What the published research says

This blend pairs CJC-1295 without DAC (a modified GHRH 1-29, also called Mod GRF 1-29) with Ipamorelin, a selective growth hormone secretagogue, at 5 mg each.

CJC-1295 was developed by ConjuChem; Teichman and colleagues reported in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism in 2006 that the DAC version raised growth hormone and IGF-1 in healthy adults over days to weeks. The no-DAC form used here has a much shorter half life and is studied for pulsatile rather than sustained release. Ipamorelin was characterised by Raun and colleagues (European Journal of Endocrinology, 1998) as a GHRP with a selective GH release profile and little effect on cortisol or prolactin in animal models.

The pairing is studied because a GHRH analogue and a GHRP act on different receptors. No published trial has tested this specific blend, and both compounds are prohibited in sport under WADA S2.
