What the published research says
KLOW is a four-peptide blend of BPC-157, GHK-Cu, TB-500 and KPV in one vial, totalling 80 mg.
KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone. Published work reports anti-inflammatory effects in rodent models of colitis (Kannengiesser and colleagues, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, 2008) and in cell models, which is why it is grouped with the tissue and recovery peptides rather than the hormonal ones. GHK-Cu contributes the collagen and matrix literature; BPC-157 and TB-500 the tendon, ligament, muscle and dermal repair work.
